High school seniors from all over the island of Maui will be gathering at the Fairmont Kea Lani for a job fair catered to them. This event is to provide opportunities for graduating seniors who are seeking full-time employment upon graduation to secure gainful employment that will provide an income to support a single-person household (above the ALICE threshold) at a minimum wage of $22.50 per hour. If employers are offering positions that pay less, we encourage them to explain opportunities for advancement and the timeframe.
